Let Me Explain

After I posted my last post, it occured to me that many people may have no idea why I would be so excited about rain. The reason: We are currently 18" short of the 12 month average for rainfall here in the DFW metroplex. Wildfires are a daily occurance. Above average temperatures, wind and the drought have all contributed to the increased fire danger. Any bit of rain is welcome, though we need much more to soak the ground and reduce the risk of fires.
